Two Brothers
From the beginning, our strengths naturally complemented one another. Nick developed a talent for roasting and operations, guiding coffees from green bean to finished roast with precision and consistency. Dan focused on sourcing, quality control, marketing, and building the relationships that connect producers and customers.
Like many of the coffees we love, balance comes from bringing different elements together. Nick's focus on craft and execution paired with Dan's focus on quality, storytelling, and growth created something stronger than either could have built alone.
