Making changes to your coffee subscription is easy.

Head to the homepage and click the person icon at the top to access your

account, or simply click the link here. Once you sign into your account, there will be a manage subscription button on the right-hand side of the screen. Click the manage subscription button to access all the subscription options.

Once in our coffee subscription portal, you'll have access to:

• Skip shipments
• Change your subscription product
  or add to your subscription
• Change subscription intervals
  (from coffee every week to coffee every two weeks, etc.)
• Cancel your subscription

We have two rotating subscription while the third coffee subscription (Your Favorite) allows you to choose and change your coffee as you please.

1. Roaster's Pick: Our Roaster's Pick subscription changes coffee monthly (regardless of which frequency you choose) and is our favorite coffee of the month, hand-picked by our roaster. Expect various flavors, processing methods, and even roast levels. As a brand, we lean mostly toward naturally processed coffees and tend to roast most coffees at the medium level. That said, do expect coffees that run the spectrum of roast levels and flavor profiles.
2. Signature Shuffle: Our Signature Shuffle is a monthly rotation of our best-selling and year-round signature coffees. These are our go-to solid coffees (and some of our best sellers). They have classic taste notes and hold up well across various brewing methods. Whether you are just starting your coffee journey or a pro and want a solid year-round coffee for filter or espresso, the Signature Series coffee subscription is the one for you.

We keep all of our Signature Series coffees in stock all year round, but Single-Origin coffees come in and out of stock based on the season. If your coffee subscription includes a Single-Origin coffee, expect that coffee to be available anywhere from 2 to 6 months.

We always take on new coffees and will email you if the original coffee you subscribed to goes out of stock. If we do not hear back when your coffee subscription triggers, we'll send you the next best and freshest coffee available that closely matches the taste notes you previously purchased.

If, for any reason, the coffee we sent out in replacement
of your out-of-stock coffee doesn't work out, we'll replace it with another
coffee for free, no questions asked!

The Roaster's Choice subscription is the best coffee subscription we offer for those who love variety and seasonality. Depending on the interval you choose each month, we'll update your subscription with our favorite coffee on the menu.

What is great about this subscription is not only the variety but also the ability to taste a wide range of origins, processing methods, taste notes, and roast levels. We also charge a flat fee for the subscription and will often provide you with coffees far exceeding the price you paid for the order—we are giving you our favorites regardless of price!

Our Espresso Rotation subscription is just that! We’ll send you our favorite espresso coffee each month, which will range from our high-end Signature Blends (such as our Espresso Roast) to our newly launched medium to darker-roasted Single Origin coffees.

Each coffee presented in the Espresso Rotation subscription will side on the medium to darker side as to pair best for espresso with milk drinks. These coffees will undoubtedly work great as standalone espresso as well.
