Shipping Questions

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We process orders frequently to ensure we get your order sent out quickly, though we only roast coffee once a week. All coffee orders, if the item is in stock, will ship within 1-3 business days. None of our coffee is shipped out if it is past 5 days of the roast date, and if we have no fresh inventory, your order may be held over until our next roasting date (on Saturdays).

Our shipping partners estimate a 1-7 days shipping timeline after they receive the package, but tracking provided by the shipper will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of any shipment. 

Note: We cannot affect shipping speed for orders once they have been shipped out. Sometimes packages are delayed, whether it is inclement weather or high-volume periods with the shippers. We are always more than fair regarding compensating for late or lost deliveries, so please email us if there are any issues.

When will my coffee order ship?

Can you expedite or otherwise speed up my shipment?

Currently we ship coffee via USPS First Class, Priority, and UPS Ground, and expedited services.

All coffee is roasted fresh and may ship out on Saturday depending on our inventory level.

If you choose 2-day shipping, your order may not arrive in 2-days as it does not account for when we currently roast and ship most orders. Coffee is never sent out past 5 days from the roasting date which means we carry very low inventory throughout the week. Often times, expedited orders go out within 1 business day but 3 days in more likely.

Note: Expedited shipping does not account for production timelines.

My order is taking longer than expected

If your order is taking longer than expected and it is around the holidays or recent inclement weather conditions, please note that this is unfortunately normal, and there is not much we can do once the order is shipped out.

If your order seems stuck at a processing facility and there is no movement at all with your package for a few days, please let us know, and we will be happy to send you another one.

My order seems to be stuck or lost

If your order seems stuck at a processing facility and there is no movement at all with your package for a few days, please let us know, and we will be happy to send you another one.
