Shipping policy

We process orders frequently to ensure we get your order sent out quickly, though we only roast coffee once a week. All coffee orders, if the item is in stock, will ship within 1-3 business days. None of our coffee is shipped out if it is past 5 days of the roast date, and if we have no fresh inventory, your order may be held over until our next roasting date (on Saturdays).

Our shipping partners estimate a 1-7 days shipping timeline after they receive the package, but tracking provided by the shipper will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of any shipment. 

Note: We cannot affect shipping speed for orders once they have been shipped out. Sometimes packages are delayed, whether it is inclement weather or high-volume periods with the shippers. We are always more than fair regarding compensating for late or lost deliveries, so please email us if there are any issues.

Coffee Order: Ship within 1 – 3 business days when in stock

Equipment Orders: Ship within 3 – 4 business days when in stock

Specialty items: Certain rare and limited coffees only ship once a month; please check the product detail page for that
information
