FLAVOR PROFILE Learn More

Profile: Adventurous

Experience a coffee that pushes the boundaries of what coffee can achieve, completely redefining the coffee experience. Through careful roasting and brewing techniques, this remarkable coffee can take on the characteristics of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, with red fruit notes and the manifestation of a smooth-bodied Kenyan coffee.

This coffee will have syrupy fruit notes, resembling a delicious fruit concoction rather than traditional coffee. The Gold Mountain Coffee staff went above and beyond with this lot, visiting each farm to ensure that only the ripest cherries were picked based on color, brix refractometer readings, and extensive expertise. The result? A consistently award-winning coffee that will amaze both your mind and your taste buds.

    About Finca Idealista

Finca Idealista, sits next to a nature reserve, whose trees are a natural air conditioner for our pacas, caturra, bourbon, pache, and a few pacamara beans (we're also planting new varieties).

Their cool microclimate lengthens the coffee cherry maturity process, allowing beans time to absorb natural sugars and attributes for a sweet, complex cup.
