Profile: Modern

Indulge in the extraordinary experience of a unique and exclusive coffee lot that evokes the essence of Panamanian gesha naturals found in prestigious auctions. This nanolot represents the pinnacle of quality, meticulously crafted from hand-picked Maragogype cherries that have reached optimal ripeness.

Maragogype is a distinctive variety that stands tall and yields low, yielding exceptionally large coffee beans with unparalleled flavor potential. Originating as a natural mutation of Typica near Maragogipe, Bahia in Brazil, Maragogype has also contributed to developing renowned varieties like Pacamara and Maracaturra. About Finca Idealista

Finca Idealista, sits next to a nature reserve, whose trees are a natural air conditioner for our pacas, caturra, bourbon, pache, and a few pacamara beans (we're also planting new varieties).

Their cool microclimate lengthens the coffee cherry maturity process, allowing beans time to absorb natural sugars and attributes for a sweet, complex cup.
